BIO

Jennifer Hogan currently serves as the coordinator of professional development in the Clemson bioengineering department.  This position was created in 2012 to help students navigate the unique market of the biotech and medical device industry. Her focus is to connect students with biotechnology related opportunities along with increasing program exposure to industry. Although not an engineer, Jennifer has a diverse background in higher education. She first started out in non-profit after graduate school and then began her career in higher education in 2004 as an admissions counselor at The University of Alabama.  From 2006-2007, she served as the transfer coordinator at Tri-County Technical College in Pendleton, SC.  In 2008 after briefly serving as an academic advisor in School of Education at The University of Alabama at Birmingham, she worked for four years as the academic advisor for football at Samford University.  Jennifer has a BA in Marketing and a MA in Higher Education Administration from the University of Alabama.
